The locations the customer enters, i.e., the “Customer Plan,” are defined as “Confidential Information”. Gordian only uses Confidential Information to provide the Service. Gordian undertakes not to disclose any Confidential Information to any third party and to take all necessary precautions to prevent the unlawful use or disclosure of Confidential Information. Gordian is strictly forbidden to use Confidential Information for competing purposes.

As an integral part of our commitment to integrity, the “Legitimate Use Clause” stipulates that users engaging in online services provided by Gordian are required to accurately submit personal and company information, and must possess the legal authority to act on behalf of obtaining services at the listed price, thus ensuring the transparency, accuracy, and legality of all transactions.
